OK some really basic questions that I need help with.
I was doing the usual weekly checks on my bike yetserday, when I checked my engine oil through the sight glass the oil was black. Now the daft question; Is this right? I seem to recall from my trainnig that the oil should be a translucent gold colour? Considering I took my bike in for it's first 500 mile service a week and half ago should this not have been checked then?
As I am still learning about motorbikes and the care there of please help.
Thanks _________________ Paul Martin
