Which B&B are we staying in? I must work myself up for three days of unmatched luxury, tuetonic mezzo soprano's in iron bra's and alpine minxes gambolling through lush pasture.

It is very late.

OK, Simon Carter has joined our merry band in the nick of time 8)

So that is it, we have 10 people confirmed and no more room on this trip.

If all goes well there will be plenty more!

I would suggest my nine fellow companions have a goosey at www.nurburgring.org.uk

Lots of useful (and scary) stuff on there.

I have also used this site to get my European Health Card thing (E1 11 no longer exists!)

Is anyone taking a Sat Nav? because, as Paul would testify, I could get lost in a phone box!

This is the link for the German designated Motor Cycle road, perhaps we could take some of it on the return leg?

I'll have a look at that

Slight bit of bad news about the trip, Dave can no longer make the trip due to his wife going into hospital to have their baby!

So if anyone knows or wants to take Dave's place please let me know. If I don't hear from anyone in the next 7 days I will cancel Dave's place so that he doesn't lose anymore money. It's strictly first come first served.

Chances of us all getting puctures are slim but to have one or two would be good.

I'm taking a small can of lube - nothing to do with gerry fuzz - for us chained boys.

Might be easier to meet at the Eurotunnel Folkestone cafes and petrol station all on the spot. May as well get the UK leg out of the way
